We don’t advise using oils that contain any chemical additives or water-soluble ingredients.
- Check that there is sufficient water in the water tank and that the water level does not exceed the max. water level indicator.
- Unplug the diffuser and fill with or empty out water until the water level meets the max. water level indicator.
- Check that the water thank is not dirty as this will affect the airflow.
- Clean the diffuser following the instructions.
