To keep their quality, you should store them in their original bottles and securely sealed. They should be kept away from heat, light, and moisture.

All of the ingredients in our oils are safe for both children and pets.

We recommend people who have seasonal allergies use our Eucalyptus single essential oil. For our other oil blends, consult with your doctor before using.

Most of the low-priced essential oils that you can buy in stores and online have additives and are mostly synthetically made. These oils enhance the concentration and purity of the fragrance by adding chemicals, very similar to perfume.

• For waterless diffuser

This waterless diffuser doesn't work with water.

We recommend using our Lantixin essential oils or other pure oils that don't contain any chemical additives, so they aren’t water-soluble.

• For ultrasonic diffuser

1. Check that there is sufficient water in the water tank and that the water level does not exceed the max. water level indicator.
2. Unplug the diffuser and fill with or empty out water until the water level meets the max. water level indicator.
3. Check that the water thank is not dirty as this will affect the airflow.
4. Clean the diffuser following the instructions.

The small aroma diffuser is suitable for the living room, bedroom, and other areas.

The waterless diffuser is suitable for large rooms, hotels, and offices.
